Shortly after purchasing my first home in 2005, I began my real estate career in a market that wasn't exactly booming. I soon realized I needed to set myself apart from the typical salesperson. By attending extra training classes, educating myself on various financing options, short sale advantages and foreclosure negotiation techniques, it has helped me acquire a solid reputation in the industry. The Southern upbringing and core values instilled in me by my parents, along with continuing education, have made me the successful realtor I am today. I also enjoy mentoring my team members and helping agents find the qualities they have that make them shine. I reside in Orient, Ohio with my husband, who is a retired Chief Warrant Officer 2 for the U.S. Army, along with our four beautiful children. I can relate to the needs of military families with deployed members and value helping them in their search for a new home, or the sale of their existing one. The Biggins Group has a staff that consists of the Team Leader, 4 buyer's agents and an administrator.
