About Amanda

I'm your local real estate agent. I am a Southern NH Native. After working for 20 years as a paralegal with a focus in family law I transitioned into a career in real estate. I have a passion for helping people find their perfect home, or selling their home whether they are looking to purchase a larger home for a growing family, downsizing, or selling for a personal transition. I strive to be a honest level headed resource for all my clients. I am licensed in my home state of New Hampshire and neighboring Massachusetts.

My approach to real estate, whether buying or selling, is direct. I pride myself of explaining the process each step of the way so that my clients are informed and empowered in making the best decisions for themselves. I apply my years of law firm experience in dealing with high conflict and high emotional situations to be a voice of reason during difficult times in what can be an emotionally charged process.

When I am not meeting with clients, showing homes, doing photo and video tours or town events. You may find me snuggled on the couch with my son, my rescue dog, at the lake or beach or getting in a quick workout. My husband and I also own a 1957 Chevy Farm Truck that is just so fun!

Amanda was incredible to work with. Thanks to her dedication and heart, we were able to secure the first women’s handicap-accessible sober house in the state for our nonprofit. She truly believed in our mission and went above and beyond every step of the way.
