I'm your local real estate agent. I am a Southern NH Native. After working for 20 years as a paralegal with a focus in family law I transitioned into a career in real estate. I have a passion for helping people find their perfect home, or selling their home whether they are looking to purchase a larger home for a growing family, downsizing, or selling for a personal transition. I strive to be a honest level headed resource for all my clients. I am licensed in my home state of New Hampshire and neighboring Massachusetts.

I pride myself of explaining the process each step of the way so that my clients are informed and empowered in making the best decisions for themselves. I apply my years of law firm experience in dealing with high conflict and high emotional situations to be a voice of reason during difficult times in what can be an emotionally charged process.

When I am not meeting with clients, showing homes, doing photo and video tours or town events. You may find me snuggled on the couch with my son, my rescue dog, at the lake or beach or getting in a quick workout. My husband and I also own a 1957 Chevy Farm Truck that is just so fun!

Buying our first home felt overwhelming at times, but having Amanda Bradford by our side made the entire experience so much easier!

From day one, she genuinely cared about finding the right home for us.. not just closing a sale. She was always available to answer questions, explain every step of the process, and make sure we felt comfortable with every decision.

She went above and beyond in ways we never expected. She even helped arrange to have the old children’s swing set removed from the backyard before we moved in, connected us with trusted specialists to handle work that needed to be done, and coordinated everything so we didn’t have to stress about finding contractors ourselves.

Thanks to her knowledge, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile, what could have been a stressful experience became an exciting one. We always felt like she was looking out for our best interests.

Amanda went above and beyond in helping my family and i find our new home! As first time homebuyers, this was a new experience for us and just let me tell you she answered every question promptly, helped us guide the way in search for our forever home. Not only did she help us find our home, but she also helped us navigate through things like mortgage questions, Finding us the most amazing home inspector and listened to all our wants and needs! 10 years from now if we decide to sell, I will definitely be reaching out to her and if I have any friends or family that are in need, I would 1,000,000% recommend her. Amanda was the best resource we could ask for during our home-buying process. She’s focused, hard-working, extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and full of vivacious energy! She sent us houses tailored to our wants, needs, and most importantly, our budget. She was straight forward with us and respectful throughout. When we finally found our home, Amanda dedicated her time and energy that day to submit a thoughtful and competitive offer, beating others to the punch - we were accepted within hours.
