Hardworking and determined realtor! The sale of my house turned out to be a complicated task. There were several unforeseen challenges that arose throughout the process. Through all of that Amanda was the best sales partner I could have hoped for. She was just what I needed and she worked hard to get the deal completed. Her persistence, knowledge of the process, and professional connections in the area helped us address every issue. She was always reachable and was very patient with all of my questions. I highly recommend her!

Amanda showed me the properties I was interested in buying. She knew more information about them than seemed to be available. She had definitely done the research. I was not interested in looking at other properties and she did not push me to. She was very helpful and was always available for my questions throughout the sale process/time period. And she did the work needed to answer all of my questions-and there were many. I will definitely ask for her to be my realtor the next time I buy or sell any properties.

BEST REALTOR I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH AND I AM A REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL. I found my house on Zillow and looked to see who the listing was, which was Amanda, and I contacted her directly so that she could get both sides of the commission. I always do that to help out the listing agent since I did not use a realtor. She was fantastic. She led me to many inspectors, surveyors, etc. that were very knowledgeable and was timely in meeting them at the property for inspections. Anything that I needed, I either texted her or called her and she responded in just a few minutes. She is always available to you and goes above and beyond for her customers. On a side note, she is a great gardener and identified all of the plants in the yard to make sure that I did not mow over them and offered to spray the yard (almost an acre) for ticks, etc. because she is also very knowledgeable in that area. I could not have received better treatment if I had not found her. Will use her for all of my future sales and purchases!!~!!!

Smooth transaction. I have a real estate license but I don’t have the time, as I am a financial consultant and business broker. So I was looking for someone to help me sell my property. Amanda is an expert in my area and did a great job in advising the best selling price. She did a great job for advertising. Then her communication with me was flawless. Once we had a buyer, she worked with the buyer and made the transaction very smooth. She is hard working and competent. Highly recommend! Prople like her are rare. This from someone that was in residential real estate before.

Outstanding,͏ Professional, Timely
Miss Amanda is truly a diamond in the rough. She basically came out of nowhere, filling in for a fellow realtor when my daughter called Coldwell, requesting a realtor to sell her dad's home. My daughter's daddy passed away ten years ago, and she felt it was time to sell his home. Miss Amanda puts 100% into her work. She takes the time to listen to the backstory behind the selling of a property, and I truly appreciate that about her. Real estate is not just business to her, she treated me and my daughter like family.
