Amanda Contreras

Having worked in the real estate industry since 1999 Amanda is well versed in all areas of assisting buyers, sellers and investors reach their real estate goals. She began her career with a property management company based in Malibu, Ca. where she managed several of their westside properties.

After a successful career in property management her love of helping others led her into real estate sales. Amanda began her sales career in 2006 at Prudential Realty in Los Angeles, Ca. After a short time there she was recruited to join Keller Williams Realty in Santa Monica, Ca.

Throughout her career at Keller Williams Realty Santa Monica she earned several awards including; Rookie of the Year and The International Bronze Medallion Award for two consecutive years.

Based on her outstanding production Amanda was accepted into the Luxury Division of Keller Williams Realty she also earned the SFR certification from the National Association of Realtors which is a certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource.

After several years of success at Keller WilIiams Realty in Santa Monica she made a move to join Rodeo Realty in Brentwood (a suburb on the West side of Los Angeles), where she continued to excel for another five years where she was awarded The Directors Club Award and was featured in the Los Angeles Times.

After a family trip to Austin, Texas Amanda and her family decided to make a major life change and move to Cedar Park, Texas where she decided to work with RE/MAX 1. Her passion is not just to help her clients achieve their goals but to make their transition as easy and stress free as possible.

Amanda is a licensed real estate agent in both Texas and California. When Amanda is not busy helping people buy and sell real estate she enjoys spending time with her husband and her 3 daughters, painting and reading.
