Amanda and her team were so knowledgeable on what we needed to do to get our house ready to hit the market and we hit the ground running. Amanda completed both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new one.

My original house I did not even think I could sell. Amanda provided me with a net sheet and comps showing me what my home would list for.
She talked me into listing it ( best decision I made) and within 6 days we were under contract.

My new home Amanda found it for me. I did not even realize I told her what I wanted- she listened and here I am!

She is extremely compassionate about real estate. Her and her whole team are the best! Honest, responsive, inquisitive and patient. I highly recommend her.

We sat down with Amanda at our dining room table about 2 months ago to discuss putting our house on the market. Within 2 weeks we had 5 offers. Amanda was very helpful during this entire process. She answered texts and phone calls any time of the day. One thing that really meant a lot to me was she treated us like family.
