Amanda went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend find our home. First, she drove up from Eugene to Portland on several occasions to show us properties. When our sale became contingent on the seller replacing the roof, and him not wanting to, Amanda come up with a very generous solution and saved the day.

I had a difficult situation that Amanda walked us through. She put my shop of for sale on Monday and it sold on Friday... I had 30 days to find a house with a shop of the correct size as well as a cottage home for my inlaws. Not a easy task to accomplish... Amanda was great... Helped us through all the hoops and snags that we ran into. She sold my shop, helped us get into another house, and then sold our house to boot... Bam Bam Bam... Done. She held our hands all the way through the convoluted process. 3 1/2 years later I am thankful for her assistance and professional manner. It wouldn't have happened with anyone else...

Amanda is one of the very best in the business - she made our experience as first time home buyers an absolute dream. From the time we received our pre-approval she was on it. Amanda has several years of experience in the industry and is extremely knowledgeable of all processes. She was super flexibile with accomdating both mine and my husband's opposite schedules (at the time) which made it very convenient and easy for us both to view properties we were both interested in when we both couldn't be there at the same time. When we found our dream home (an open house the next street over from where we were renting, and one that had not yet been listed) she was attending service, we gave her with zero notice, and she was able to connect with the listing agent and extend our offer the same hour! Within a few hours we received word that our offer was accepted - we closed and received keys in just 19 days!

Amanda is AMAZING! We had issues with our lender and she helped us find a new one super last minute. She tried to find exactly what we wanted and wasn't ever pushy. We were looking for something very specific and she rolled with it no matter how long it took. We would recommend her a thousand times over. If we ever decided to move again we would definitely use her again.
