I did not know Amanda before I hired her as my realtor. I interviewed 3 realtors before choosing her. She listed my home at a competitive price that was higher then the other 2 realtors offered and took 1/2 the commission that the other realtors wanted. My home was sold for $10,000 more than asking price and was under contract in the 1st weekend of showing. She listened to me, gave me honest feedback as I prepared my home, returned messages and answered phone calls immediately, listed my house with a strategic plan, and made negotiations and closing easy. I highly recommend her.👍👍

Amanda has been our realtor for the last 6+ years and has helped secure properties as per our changing needs. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we move through the process of mortgage process and smooth buying process in Phoenix and Peoria. Amanda helped me purchase my first vacation home. I fell in love with a cabin in Heber and contacted her right away. Within minutes she was on the phone setting up everything and getting me approved for a loan. She handled all of the major stresses so I could rest assure that every thing would close on time.
