Amanda is the Agent Success Manager for Realty Austin's North Region. She manages a team of over 189 high producing agents and is responsible for finding the best talent for her team and our brokerage. She values relationships above all when it comes to working with her team. Her approach to coaching is getting to know agents as real people and understanding their unique interests, skills, and helping them to achieve their goals. An experienced REALTOR® herself, Amanda gets great satisfaction in helping agents with important decisions related to their real estate careers. Her strong relationships in the industry, creativity, enthusiasm, and highly developed problem-solving skills along with her poise, professionalism and personal work ethic uniquely qualify her to help her team grow their business. When she’s not meeting with agents, Amanda enjoys working with and promoting non-profits through self-produced events and fundraising boards. She's spearheaded numerous community projects for the company including the annual Habitat for Humanity home build and the Touch-a-Truck event benefiting SAFE alliance. In her personal time, Amanda delivers hot meals to homebound seniors through Meals on Wheels. She resides in Leander with her husband, Dale, and their two children, Jacob and Ellison.
