Met Amanda during a house inspection, very friendly, talks, asks tons of questions for all her clients needs, and she's most definite ONE OF A KIND! ✔😃 Little human that won't back down from short incomplete answers to her questions. LOL! She is all around amazing! Would definitely recommend her for anyone out there looking for a Realtor that is there for all your needs and questions! If I could give more that a 5 star then it would be way above!!

Sorry we kind of butted heads in the beginning but after you started talking to me about things nobody else has ever brought up at a inspection "told you that your ONE OF A KIND for sure" I was in shock at how open, caring, and loving someone could truly be. Made me change my whole outlook that day! Went home and told my wife all about you and apologized to her about things in the past. You set a HUGE impact on my life that day!) This sweet girl has been helping my husband and I search for a home in the Port Charlotte area for a couple weeks now. No matter the situation she always makes time for us to view homes. She puts her clients first, more than we ever expected. She has been so knowledgeable, kind, keeps us updated, and her patience is 100+ lmbo! We highly recommend her services to anyone looking to purchase a home, sell their home, and she even handles rentals and does property management on top on caring for 2 young children, and health problems. This is girl is amazing and ON FIRE when it comes to her job! You will not be disappointed!

Amanda has been showing me and my partner homes for over a week and a half now. She’s been amazing to work with! She always finds us exactly what we are looking for and gets the appointments booked right away. She is very friendly, down to earth, always keeps us laughing, and regardless of her struggling with health problems she somehow always tends to keep a smile on her face! She’s definitely one of a kind! She has went above and beyond for us! If you are looking for a Realtor or even someone to find you a rental she’s definitely the girl to call! She’s the realest agent that we have ever spoken to, she keeps it real and friendly to everyone she meets unless you push her buttons lol then she will speak her mind. We got to see that happen once and she didn’t back down from a agent that talked down to her. 😆 she’s highly recommended by me and my partner! We love working with her and hope to remain friends after we find our dream home.
