Amanda Etro was born and raised in Springfield, Virginia, less than one mile away from where her mother grew up. While growing up they both attended the same elementary, middle, and high school in Fairfax County. Amanda is a local through and through.
An active real estate agent since 2015, she has worked alongside one of the most successful agents in the region, whom is ranked in the top 1% of agents in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Amanda is truly an expert on local market trends and neighborhoods in the region.
Amanda and her husband, James, have been best friends since high school. They followed each other from college all the way up to Alaska, after getting married in 2007, where James was stationed during his time in the U.S Army. While there, Amanda discovered her true passion working for the Military in the Housing Property Management Office, her love of Real Estate.
Upon their return home to Virginia, Amanda and James welcomed their sweet daughter Evaleigh in 2017. As a family they have continued to spread their wings all throughout Northern Virginia from Fairfax, to Burke, and as of recently back to their hometown in Springfield. In fact, they purchased Amanda’s childhood home to do a full, top-to-bottom renovation. Amanda’s very own daughter will now get the privilege to walk the same school halls as her mother and grandmother before her. Amanda is the epitome of “Homegrown”.
