Amanda Holmes

Amanda became interested in real estate in 2017 when she bought her first rental home. From there, she was hooked! She purchased more rentals and completed three home flips. Amanda became increasingly interested and involved in the buying and selling process for herself, family, and friends. After being a stay-at-home mom for 14 years, she decided to do something that was just for her. With her social nature and background in real estate investment, becoming an agent was a true calling for Amanda. She enjoys getting to know her clients and their families, digging deep to connect and help them find the perfect home for their unique lifestyles. From location and school district to enjoying cooking and entertaining, Amanda notes every detail. “I like to narrow down the list of wants to find the truly non-negotiable items,” says Amanda, “My goal is for my clients to be completely satisfied knowing that we have checked as many boxes as possible on their wish lists.” Amanda loves time spent on the water and says the Upstate’s proximity to beaches, mountains, and lakes, plus its incredible growth and evolution over the years, makes it a wonderful place to call home. She enjoys that she and her husband work in real estate together – building new homes and renovating older homes. Between helping her clients find their dream homes, you can find Amanda spending time with her children (she has five between the ages of 4 and 15!), entertaining guests, playing tennis, hitting the water, or volunteering in the local school system.
