With a grandmother who was a banker for thirty years, a mother who has exemplified success for more than two decades in the real estate industry, and a family full of builders, Amanda knows exactly what it takes to get the best results for her clients.

In 2013, Amanda joined forces with Adam Cobb, the top agent in the Windermere Edmonds office, and played a pivotal role in doubling unit sales and growing his business, which included commercial sales, multifamily investments, and restaurant ownerships. With great diligence and unmatched tenacity, Amanda's involvement in each transaction proved to be an invaluable asset. A day-to-day operations management system, created by Amanda, allowed for seamless correspondence and negotiation with each transaction.
