Amanda J. Crosby meets the goals of her clients by listening to her clients’ needs and desires. This simple approach paired with her experienced negotiating skills and maximized marketing plan results in exceeding expectations, and facilitating smooth, successful transactions for her clients. Prior to becoming a broker in the Lake Norman region, Amanda began her real estate career in California where she served her clients’ real estate needs for a decade before relocating to the Lake Norman area in 2015. As a Southern CA native, Amanda worked her way up as an escrow assistant for refinancing as well as a mobile notary loan signing agent in and around San Diego, Orange, and LA Counties. After a few years of learning the home buying and selling process inside and out, she received her real estate license and quickly became known for her attention to detail and dedication to help buyers and sellers meet their personal goals in their real estate endeavors. In addition, Amanda also began building her own real estate investment portfolio and is passionate in helping her clients grow their personal wealth through real estate. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys reading mystery novels, cooking new recipes, volunteering, being outdoors, and spending time with her very spoiled fur child, Emmett the English Bulldog
