About Amanda
Amanda Jermyn has been a proud resident of Panama City Beach, FL since 1995. Throughout her childhood, she watched Bay County develop and grow economically and certainly in population. Growth that required the housing market to grow outward, but also upwards in the form of condominiums. As the high-rise condominiums began to take shape, she knew she wanted to be a part of that growth. Naturally drawn to working with others, she joined the Alys Beach community where she first became a Florida Licensed Realtor and sales assistant. After two years, she moved across the country where she explored marketing and sales positions, but none provided her with the satisfaction of helping someone find their dream home. Since 2014, she has focused on working with buyers and sellers with finding their residential and investment property.
In her free time, she can be found beach combing shell Island and boating on Deerpoint Lake with her husband and their dog, Fela. She has an appreciation of art and loves exploring festivals for pieces of art that will enrich her life. She is an avid runner and can often be seen running along Beach Drive and the surrounding area. Her life is faith based and she often looks for ways to help others through charitable organizations that are in line with the betterment of our community. As a longtime resident of Bay County, she looks forwards to offering you first rate service whether buying your first home or selling your gulf side condominium. Call or email Amanda today.
