Amanda Jones

For sellers, she handles everything from project proposals, disclosure paperwork, and pre-sale cosmetic remodeling to creating and executing custom marketing programs. Amanda works as a partner with her clients and will find the best contractors and service providers with competitive prices. For buyers, Amanda and her team will go above and beyond the call of duty. They are known to show property at all hours of the day and night and on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Amanda's clients know that she will work diligently to find the right match, negotiate the best price, and assist in securing the proper inspections. Before becoming a realtor®, Amanda spent ten years in corporate marketing and business development roles for companies such as CBS, Westinghouse, International Data Group (IDG) and San Francisco Magazine. In those positions she learned to problem solve creatively, build partnerships and alliances, and develop a level of professionalism and accountability that her demanding clientele expects and deserves.

Amanda is a graduate of Colgate University. She is an active volunteer in San Francisco and serves on several boards and committees. Amanda resides in lower Pacific Heights and owns rental property in San Francisco.
