Amanda Kaiser

Amanda Kaiser's real estate career began on the shores of Alabama with her family-owned Kaiser Sotheby's International Realty before falling in love with the Emerald Coast and moving to Florida in early 2014. She earned her Florida real estate license and moved forward with a passionate career serving people who are buying and selling along Scenic Highway 30A. Her purpose in life, she said, is to work with inspiring people, something she gets to do every day by advising on the best properties in northwest Florida for their lifestyles and families. Her real estate team has grown organically to include long-time friends with her same vision: To put clients first in every situation and persist without exception. They aim to be clients' full-time resource while evolving as the real estate industry changes. She earned a degree in public relations and advertising from the University of Florida and later worked for Verizon Wireless in Denver, Colorado, where she earned the highest customer service score in the entire western United States. That background arms her with the skills necessary to put clients' properties in the best possible light including on social media and in ads and articles both locally and nationwide. She has helped clients buy and sell properties from as far west as Pensacola to as far east as Panama City Beach, but her specialty is in luxury homes and investment properties on 30A, full-time living in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and condo investing all along the coast. Amanda has 20 years of theatrical experience along with singing opera professionally. Amanda calls herself a naturally curious person and cites her superpower as "connecting with people" through active listening and asking questions, which helps her match clients with their perfect property and remain a resource for anything they need even after a transaction has closed. She still remembers assisting a family who transitioned from 20 acres on the river to building on a .08-acre lot on 30A. To this day, the wife tells everyone how she was the only one who could make them move. When she is not assisting sellers and investors, Amanda enjoys time with her family including her son and Australian Shepherd. She also enjoys supporting her favorite SEC teams, The University of Florida and Auburn University, traveling (especially leaf-peeping across the country), photography and hiking.
