AMANDA, my most trusted, reliable and efficient Realtor. As a former Realtor, and the most difficult client any Realtor dealt with, I chose to work with Amanda because she responded when I reached out to her to view a property. Not only did she respond, she showed up to show us the property along with several others in the same category. Amanda met all our expectations, on every occasion when we met, she came with updated info on each property, the neighborhood, pros and cons etc., she knew her stuff. What impressed me most about Amanda, is her willingness. Not once did she not show up or developed an attitude with me calling her every week-end, week after week and not finding the right house. At no time, did she try to persuade us to purchase what we did not want. From start to finish, it took almost 9 months to find and close on the property and she was right there with us throughout the highs and lows making sure our rights were protected. After closing she did not washed her hands and disappear, she was our first visitor with plenty of gifts which totally blew us away. If I was recommending Amanda to my friends, I would certainly let them know she is the Realtor to work with, based on professionalism, knowledge, expertise and commitment. Not to mention, she shows up on time with updated info and returns all her phone calls. Amanda Labrador, I endorse you 150%
