Amanda Malhoit

Amanda is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in the Commercial Division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group. Her goal as a commercial associate, is to provide her customers with the information they need to make good decisions for their business or investment, and to seek potentially beneficial opportunities for her customers.

Amanda graduated with honors from University of Georgia with a Master of Science in Consumer Science. Her college studies included consumer motivations, the decision –making process, marketing and merchandising, have provided a natural bridge to a successful career in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Amanda has a deep understanding of the motivations and goals of both sides of the real estate transaction.
