Amanda Mcdonell

Amanda is the lead listing agent for the McDonell Group. She is a negotiation expert through the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. Prior to real estate Amanda graduated from SJSU with a M.S. in Geology, focusing on Geophysics, and has professional experience working in the environmental industry and for the U.S. Geological Survey in Menlo Park. Having that level of technical and analytical background lends itself well to successfully and efficiently navigating complex and complicated real estate transactions. Additionally, she is a Certified Green Building Professional and holds the National Association of Realtors "Green'' designation; both of which have given her training and experience with buying, selling, and building energy efficient, sustainable, homes. Amanda's expertise lies in transaction and project management, relocations, negotiations, market analysis, document preparation and contracts, marketing strategies, pricing, and pre-listing preparation.
