Amanda joins the Maine Realty Advisors brokerage team with over 15 years of experience in business operations, project management, and running start-ups. She has collaborated with high-level executives to create impactful conferences, pitches and presentations at companies including Google, GE, Ogilvy, The New Yorker, and IBM. Amanda also partnered with leaders at Michael Kors, Oscar de la Renta, and W Hotels to produce private label luxury home goods.
In 2016 Amanda started Maine Cannabis Consultants to support businesses in the then-medical cannabis industry. Her work quickly expanded into government and municipal relations, permitting and licensing support, and acquiring real estate for her clients as their businesses grew. She worked closely with industry leaders and stakeholders in Augusta when the state’s medical program was completely revamped as well as when the adult use laws and rules were created. Amanda has spent countless hours working with her clients and the municipalities of Maine to help craft smart, sustainable cannabis ordinances. She has an in-depth understanding of the cannabis industry and Maine’s cannabis market and is excited to bring that background to her work at MRA.
Amanda graduated with a BA in History from Goucher College. After college she lived in San Diego, San Francisco, and Brooklyn, then moved back to her home state of Maine about 7 years ago. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time in nature and with her family, as well as yoga, dance, travel, and music.
