Amanda is a phenomenal realtor. I met her by chance at a house I went to tour, and ended up talking to her for about 30 minutes about what I should be looking for while buying since this was my first home I purchased. She offered up tons of information that helped me decide on which house I ended up buying. Because of this I ended up choosing her as my realtor and she was amazing. She handled my expectations on what I wanted in a very professional manner. Any question I had was answered very quickly, and she provided me with valuable insight in to potential problems and costs of the houses we looked at. She also provided a list of reputable companies in the area for any of my needs such as, Home Inspections, Lawn Maintenance, AC Repairs, Handy Man, she has someone for almost any problem.
Even after closing on my new home she still answers any question I have whether its a random text I send or a call.
Overall if I had to go through the entire process of buying another house tomorrow I would without hesitation call Amanda up and work with her again. 10/10 would recommend

We met Amanda months prior to our intended move across states. She went over everything and she graciously left no detail out of what we would expect moving to a new state and the buying process in FL. Upon leaving we told her we would need to sell our house in a different state before we started looking for our new home, she was not rushed in the slightest to our timeline.
Fast forward a few weeks, we had an offer on our previous house, we traveled to FL and had 4 days to get us our new one. She was sure we could achieve this, we had our plan and by the next day had an offer in! Next day it was inspected and negotiations were completed by the time we had to leave.
Throughout the entire process, she was always available to ask anything and calm me down when something drifted from the plan. We ran into an issue days before closing and she handled everything with no issue and no stress for us.

After benefiting from Amanda’s expertise as first-time homebuyers a few years ago, we knew exactly who to call to help walk us through this next monumental chapter of homeownership. Amanda is amazing! We bought our house from her and she was very patient and helpful through the entire process. 3 years later, we just got done selling that same house. Through the selling process she was even more helpful! She walked us through every room to help us stage the house to maximize value. She pushed back (gently) when we had questionable ideas about price and timing. Our house went live on a Wednesday and we had 3 offers by Thursday night. We were done having to keep everything perfect for showings within 48 hours which was HUGE for a family with 2 young children who still wanted to play and make a mess everyday! Amanda is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with! Having moved around with the military for the past 20 years I have come across quite a few... Amanda is always professional but has a great and fun personality which has made the process of buying a home fun. She's quick to pick up on things that may be brought up in an inspection as soon as she walks in to a house, and I love how knowledgeable she is about materials of flooring, tiles, countertops etc. and the general grade of the home.
