Will highly recommend Amanda as your property manager/ realtor. Even though Horizon were our property manager for 5+ years, she was on top of the game during the whole selling process and kept us updated/ informed along the way with pictures/quotes, etc. Can't ask for smoother process, it was FLAWLESS. She's the real MVP. It was a pleasure doing business with Amanda and Horizon Realty. Will definitely utilize their services in the future if needed. Again, highly recommended!

Amanda is an awesome realtor. She helped us a lot through the first home buying experience. She was available to answer all the questions we had and was readily available when we wanted to put in an offer and was essential in negotiating what we wanted fixed and just through out the whole process. We also recommended her to some of our friends and they also loved working with her. Amanda is personable and remains in contact even after closing, helping us find with contacts for anything we needed for our new home.

I loved working with Amanda! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire home-buying process. She was an amazing person to work with! After only looking at a couple of homes, Amanda got a sense of exactly what we were looking for and helped put us into our home! My wife and I had unaligned schedules for a while and she was very patient and took the time to meet up with us individually and show us both homes and then help give the other all of the information. Thank you Amanda for all of your help!

Amanda was great from the start! She started off showing us rental places and from the first day I meet her, she knew immediately that I was not a fan of the place, she was honest from the beginning and just knew exactly what I wanted. We eventually did find a rental place with her help and a few months later we reached out to her to buy a home. She always had gone above beyond for my husband and I. From house looking on weekends to even very late on week days and long drives. My husband and I are so grateful for Amanda. Till this day we still text her asking about adulting and questions about the house. She is so patient and understanding. Even in the future we plan on being with her for rentals of our house. Amanda helped me sell a house in TN and I live in TX. She took care of EVERYTHING and made recommendations for repairs prior to listing so that I didn't have to travel to TN to view property. The house sold within 1 week! She was very responsive to email and texts. I have completed numerous real estate transactions and this one was the best!
