I cannot recommend Brandi Bux enough. Not only is she a lovely person who is easy to work with but she’s the hardest working realtor I’ve ever dealt with. I would not have been able to sell my property without her. That’s not hyperbole, it’s the truth. There were several hiccups with the land which would’ve sunk a sale with a lesser agent. Brandi got ahead of every issue and took a hands-on role in solving those issues and communicated thoroughly with every step. This took immense amounts of stress off me and ensured the sale would go through. My dealings with her are unlike any other I’ve had with realtors and I implore you to make it easier on yourself by choosing Brandi. She is the absolute best. I will be asking to work with her again when I go to buy my next home.

Our recent home purchase in Medina was made so easy and surprise free by Brooke. As out-of-towners, Brooke acted on our behalf many times. Brooke is professional, knowledgeable, competent, and hard working, but mostly she really cares about you and your best interests. Brooke handles the usual real estate stuff great....negotiation, communication, and paperwork, and she is outstanding with the above and beyond stuff.

Let me tell you a story about the best realtor to ever walk on God's green earth. I'm talking hands down, miles above, to the moon and back, the greatest realtor that has ever realtored. It's Brooke Jones. She is it. Her skills are unmatched, her knowledge is unparalleled. She's so good I don't think I can make any decisions about anything in my life any more without consulting Brooke. What do I want for dinner? Better ask Brooke. Should I buy this new appliance? Better ask Brooke. How should I cut my hair? Better ask Brooke. What should I name my next child? That's easy, Brooke! She is amazing. Seriously. Just talk to her. It becomes immediately clear that she is the smartest person in the room. She knows what to do in any situation and that's what she did for us throughout the whole home buying experience. She knew what to do. She was our rock and our mentor.

From our first communication Brooke was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. She knows her stuff. Impressed is a huge word to share about Jennifer and the entire Amanda Ondrey team. We used this team when we sold our first home back in 2016 and that transaction was seamless. Going into listing our home in 2019 and finding our dream home was not an easy task. Jen Tenney helped my fiance and I buy our first home. She is the most professional and knowledgeable realtor I have ever known. She helped us through the entire process and NEVER let us forget to do anything and she did 98% if the work.
