Amanda Peluso

Amanda Peluso is one of Columbia’s leading powerhouse agents who joined The Moore Company in the spring of 2019. Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2000, Amanda was critically instrumental in building one of downtown Columbia’s most influential real estate duos.

But as that successful team grew, Amanda realized she missed the personalized attention that’s needed in every deal. The Moore Company’s individualized, boutique approach to client services is what attracted Amanda the most.

Shortly after graduating from the University of South Carolina, Amanda jumped into real estate where she began to learn the ins and outs of every part of the transaction. Over the years, Amanda has helped more than 1,000 buyers and sellers navigate the intricate waters of trading properties. She’s been a lifetime member of the Central Carolina REALTOR® Association’s Circle of Excellence.

Many years ago, Amanda connected with Evan Wilson who, at the time, was a young builder making his way up in the world of renovations and new construction. Evan (The Wilson Co.) has since become one of the area’s premier new-home builders who’s changed the new construction landscape in and around downtown Columbia.

Whether it’s representing home builders or first-time home buyers, Amanda has the experience needed to guide any client through any situation.

When she’s not helping clients, Amanda stays super busy raising her three spirited children: Lee, Julia, and James. She and her family attend Downtown Presbyterian Church, and she’s an active member and volunteer with the Junior League of Columbia.
