I can’t recommend Amanda enough! My husband and I owned a condo that was difficult to sell given some of the property’s quirks and intricacies and she handled everything with patience and grace. She remained calm when things got stressful and was always immediately available. She definitely went above and beyond her call of duty as an agent. We were so grateful to have her in our corner!

Amanda was an outstanding agent for us from beginning to end. She was patient with our process to in regards to selling preparation and amazingly on the ball once we pulled the trigger. She managed the three ring circus of an open house and multiple offers very well. At all times she was available and diligent when it came to all things that came up. Nothing about moving is easy, but Amanda had a help at every twist in the road. Closing day came quickly and we could not be happier with the final result. Motivated, Professional and above all else she kept calm in all parts of the negotiation. Staging, Photography and the choices that need to be made when selling your home are not one size fit all. Amanda nailed it with every single choice.

I cannot recommend Amanda enough! She’s professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, quick to respond, and best of all just a joy to work with. Buying is a stressful process, and although this was not my first time as a buyer, there were stressful moments leading up to the sale. But Amanda was there to listen, offer advice, and help keep me and everyone else involved with the sale informed and on track. From meeting with me to first discuss what kinds of homes I was interested in, to being at the table when it came time to sign the closing papers, Amanda was there every step of the way and made sure my needs were met.
