When my boyfriend and I decided to buy a house this year, I never thought in a million years we would find the best person to help us on that journey. One of the hardest things we have ever done but Amanda made it as simple and painless as she possibly could. She answer any and all of my crazy questions, showed us a million house one after another no matter the location. Her sense of humor matched so well with ours and we always had so much fun and she always could answer anything I asked at any time of the day. She set us up with an amazing team and helped us fight hard to find out very first home ❤️ Anyone who would with her will see how much she cares and how helpful she is and just all around is an amazing person and would beyond lucky to work with her.

Amanda is a highly skilled professional who knows her market, an effective negotiator, and most importantly, will do her utmost to get you what you want at your deserved price. Amanda will listen to what you want, ask questions, and work with you so that the total of experience of buying, selling, or both is stress-free.

We weren’t sure if we were ready to look at new homes since we had lived in our neighborhood for 35 plus years. Then we met Amanda. Amanda asked us a lot of questions, and after listening to us, she went to work. Amanda quickly located a home in our desired neighborhood that met our requirements! Our offer was rejected at first, but Amanda was just as determined as we were to buy this home. Our original offer was accepted. There was also a last minute issue before the closing, but Amanda worked with us and negotiated a win-win outcome!

Next, we had to sell our former townhouse. Amanda handled the sale. First, she made recommendations on what was needed to show our property to its best advantage. The recommendations were sensible and not costly. The selling price was reasonable. Amanda made sure that the open house would be a success. After the first open house we received multiple offers within 2 days! Amanda reviewed the offers with us so that we could make an informed decision. Thanks to Amanda, everything from the offer to the closing went smoothly.
