Client service is ingrained in Amanda's DNA after being trained at leading management consultancy The Boston Consulting Group. She applies her 20 years of experience in the business world to guide clients through the strategic and financial implications of one of the largest purchases most clients will make, with an analytical and data-driven approach. Amanda is unflappable in the face of -stress situations and understands the importance of clear and responsive communication to make clients feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the buying or selling process. The daughter of a real estate developer and an interior designer, Amanda also understands the "art" of real estate – beyond the numbers, how to create welcoming and functional spaces that allow busy Washingtonians a breather at the end of a hectic day. Having invested in and multiple homes in the area, at client's request, she also consults in renovation and design, providing a total project management turnkey solution. Amanda has a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accounting from her native Canada and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. She now lives in North Cleveland Park with her husband, son, and twin daughters. She knows many of DC's hottest neighborhoods as a former resident, from Dupont Circle (with one baby) to the U Street corridor (before kids). In her downtime, Amanda enjoys Orangetheory and a glass of rose´ while watching HGTV.
