Amanda will care about you as a client, listen to you and go out of her way to ensure you are comfortable. She is very communicative and knowledgeable. Amanda is THE BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with! She is organized, efficient and made the entire selling process stress free. From the moment she had the listing to closing, she remained in constant contact. When needed she used her network to get estimates for repairs, second opinions, etc. She is an excellent realtor and I will absolutely work with her again when looking to buy my next home!

Working with Amanda was a great experience. She was very informative about the home buying process and ensured that all my questions were answered thoroughly. Being a first time home buying can be a challenging experience but with Amanda, the process was very smooth and enjoyable. Amanda was also very professional and very punctual with tasks that had to be completed. I would definitely work with her again in the future as well as recommend her to my friends and colleagues.

We recently just bought our primary residence through Amanda last November - sight unseen, out of town military - and it was a BREEZE working with her through the entire process. Let me tell you - there are A LOT of Agents out there these days and you cannot put a value on having an Agent knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Per my next story.....

We just closed on our 1st investment property last week with Amanda and the deal almost died due to a giant error on the Listing Agent's part. Honestly - without Amanda as our Buyer Agent and our Loan Officer - the deal would have died. (Also - it must be noted that our offer on this property was chosen against 21 others because Amanda knows her stuff!) During the issues we came across - she not only was transparent and communicative but ended up having to do a lot of the work the Listing Agent left undone out of sheer inexperience. She jumped into action and got it done. I cannot recommend her enough! Please - use a Real Estate Agent with experience like Amanda. She is truly the best around!

I really cannot recommend Amanda enough. She is passionate about her job and it shows in everything she does.

When selling, she spent a day helping me prep the house and then staged everything beautifully with decor from her personal collection. She then hired a photographer who took amazing photos for the listing. After it was on the market, she organized all 23 offers into a spreadsheet and explained what they all meant so that I was able to easily make a decision on which one to accept.

As a buyer, Amanda was responsive and vigilant. We were always able to get a showing the same day I requested one. As the market is incredibly competitive right now, when I found a house that was a perfect fit, Amanda coached me through writing an attractive offer. After submitting it on Friday night, she kept in contact with the seller’s agent all weekend. I was able to amend my offer twice before the seller reviewed them on Sunday. I honestly do not believe I would have won without her being so proactive.

On top of being a top notch professional, Amanda always tried to make a very stressful time easier - right through to closing. On moving day, she brought a basket of essentials that had everything needed to get through the first couple days in a house - paper towels, toilet paper, plates, cups, utensils, napkins, a case of water and a pizza order form. It was so thoughtful!
