Amanda has worked in residential real estate sales since 2004. After graduating from the University of North Florida in 2002, she went on to attend Florida State University where she earned a master’s in business administration in Real Estate Finance. She began her real estate career at ERA Davis & Linn and is proud to continue to be a part of such a respected and accomplished office.
Over the years, she has closed tens of millions of dollars in real estate sales. She has worked with buyers and sellers, first time homebuyers as well as those choosing to downsize, those relocating with the military or corporations, investors and more. She is always working to distinguish herself in the marketplace and recently obtained her broker’s license. She has also earned a host of other designations over the course of her career. She is well versed in all areas of real estate including financing, title, and insurance. She is always working to grow her business and continuously working to leverage market trends and strategies to remain at the forefront of the real estate industry.
She is married to her husband, Rusty, and has two young sons. You can find her family and her cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp and enjoying time at the beach or hiking and biking at Jacksonville's many parks.
