Amanda began her real estate career after being a stay-at-home mom much of her adult life. In May 2014, Amanda closed her first transactions and was blessed with fast success in real estate. With a love for the fast paced environment of real estate sales and unmatched determination to provide for her family as a single mother, she completed 100+ transactions in just over two years and landed on a national stage, dubbed the "Million Dollar Mom."
In order to support her desired growth, Amanda joined Keller Williams Realty in March of 2016 and created the Amanda Todd Group, focused on creating success in a team environment. Now with 6 team agents and a staff of 3, the Amanda Todd Group is year over year one of the top producing groups for closed units in Northern California and Hawaii Region.
With the Amanda Todd Group in place, she moved her attention onto Luxury homes and selling properties all over the state of California, also expanding her group to the state of Nevada and Utah.
Her family grew when she remarried her best friend, Jim. Between the two of them, they have seven children and their first grandchild. If that has not kept her busy enough, she also enjoys competing in Ironman triathlons, and has developed a love for the intensity and commitment they require.
Most recently Amanda has regularly aired on a nationally syndicated TV show and featured on major TV networks. Amanda is also continuing to pursue her endeavors of growth and will soon be completing law school, receiving a JD/MBA degree. Amanda will incorporate the practice of real estate law, estates, wills, and trusts into her real estate sales practice.
As the CEO of her own company, a wife, a student, a triathlete, and a busy mother of three, Amanda is always on the go. She is also expanding her real estate group into other cities around the country.
