Amanda Tolbert

Originally from the Midwest, Amanda has proudly called Nashville home for over 14 years. Amanda began her real estate career over 16 years ago in corporate relocation. She understands personally and professionally what is involved when moving to Music City.

Amanda has always loved entertaining in her home. Her upbeat attitude and passion for serving others led to her transition into residential real estate. A problem solver at heart, she turns challenges into opportunities and builds rapport with her clients by asking the right questions, carefully listening to those answers, and nurturing authentic relationships.

Now fully immersed in the Nashville community, Amanda has previously served as a Chair for Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt and volunteered at the Cheekwood Botanical Gardens. She is an involved volunteer at The Ensworth School. She has served as a Board Member and the Chair of the annual fundraiser at Westminster School for Young Children. She is a member of The Hillwood Country Club.

In her free time, Amanda likes to cook, entertain in her home, and attend sporting events with her husband and two sons.
