Amanda Valdez

Originally born in El Paso, Amanda’s family settled in Smithville, Texas. The small town vibe of Smithville is where Amanda feels she learned some important core values that helped shaped her service-based mentality towards helping people and working hard. In Amanda’s spare time she loves spending time with her family including her Husband, 2 beautiful little boys, her dogs, and her horses. Amanda's connection and passion for animals has her involved in animal-based charities and she hopes to one day open a rescue for dogs, horses that need her help. Amanda Has recently relocated back to the Bastrop Area.

Living in Austin for the last 16 years, Amanda has seen tremendous growth and change of the city she loves. Amanda had worked in the dentistry field for 11 years prior to working in Real Estate. There she honed her people skills and learned a great deal on how to meet her client’s needs in an uncomfortable environment as well as rounded out a proficiency at providing excellent at customer service. After she left the dental field, Amanda started as an assistant with a boutique real estate agency in Lakeway. She then realized her calling and desire was to become a high-performing realtor. Amanda then entered real estate and hasn't looked back! She has gained experience working with new construction and was a tops sales agent for one of the Austin's most popular luxury home builders. This valuable experience has given her an inside of the processes of start to finish construction and has been a great advantage to her since she became a realtor. Amanda also enjoys looking for equestrian and ranch properties for her animal and nature-loving clients.
