We give Amanda 5 Stars plus plus. We were living in New York and purchasing in North Carolina, so this was not easy. We had previously purchased 4 different homes, so we were well versed in what and where we wanted, so we thought. Our first conversation lasted well over an hour. To make things easier, Amanda would facetime time us before we came down to narrow our choices and not waste trips. I spoke to Amanda almost on a daily basis. Amanda set everything up for us and this went as smooth as possible due to her assistance. I cannot say enough about how happy we were with Amanda and how smooth she made the process. If you need a home, give Amanda a call.

Amanda Viele is the best real estate agent that I have ever had the pleasure of utilizing.
My husband and I traveled from out of state and had two agents based on the areas of NC we were thinking of moving to. Amanda was superior. She provided so much advice and input. We found our house and Amanda had to negotiate with a For Sale By Owner seller. She worked extremely hard for us on price and negotiating issues on the inspection report.
