I can’t say enough great things about Amanda. I was a first time home buyer and really had no idea what I was doing. I called her on a Friday night to tell her I was beginning the process of buying a house. She got us in to look at a place the next day and I was under contract that same day. She was able to get my offer accepted going up against cash offers without my financing even being fully settled because she’s just that good at her job. She helped me find a lender that really worked for me and we were able to close in 3.5 weeks. She made the process so quick and easy and as painless as possible. She’s a true gem and there’s no one else I would use to help me buy or sell in the future!

Amanda has gone above and beyond for us. She has been nothing short of fantastic. It was sheer snd utter serendipity to find such a great realtor. I cannot emphasize enough the advice, knowledge, professionalism and kindness she provided through this entire process of consultation and truly listening to our concerns and questions and needs. She listed and sold our home, and helped us find the perfect new place. We have a tough market but Amanda was there all the time, helping, encouraging, tactful and honest. Amana recently helped me to close on a home I bought, sight unseen (I was living out of state). I felt comfortable with her through the entire process, as I had to rely on her knowledge of the area, and her ability to move aggressively when desirable properties were listed. The end result for me was a beautiful condo in Madison, and I couldn't be happier! Then she went out of her way to help me navigate through some last minute moving issues!
