In 1999, she became a New York State Licensed Mortgage Originator, and in 2002, started her journey of pre-foreclosure assistance, negotiating short sales with banking lenders nationwide.
Naturally transitioning to the brokerage side at Douglas Elliman, Amanda specializes in residential and commercial mixed-use properties in the Hudson Valley. She has lived in Dutchess County for 26+ years, currently in Beacon, NY, and is excited to expand the company’s reach throughout the Hudson Valley marketplace.
