Amare Tesfaye

Amare has a bachelor of science in Architecture and Town Planning and US Green Building Council accreditation- LEED AP building design and Construction, with 20+ years of intensive post graduate experience: 5 of which as an employee with established architectural firms, 12 years of teaching in a college, and for the last 8 years, owner of architectural consultancy firm providing services of design, supervision and contract management of commercial, industrial and high end residential projects.

Amare also brings the life experience of living and working in five different countries and cultures and visiting 12 countries.

Amare believes his years of architectural practice will come handy in preparing informative listings in terms of providing floor plan and aerial views and 3d cad visuals, architectural features and potential. Homes and buildings with green features will also receive help from an accredited green building professional in terms of listing them and marketing them to sell.

Amare believes he has honed his negotiating skills over the years through adjudicating contractors’ bids, claims and variations. This should also come handy in negotiating the best price for his real estate clients.

Amare believes all the personality traits of a good Realtor very much overlap with the ones he naturally has or developed over the years through practicing architecture-collaborative, curious, action oriented, etc. Amare also believes that he is a polite and friendly person who loves to work with people and always keep the best interest of his clients by being honest and straightforward.
