Amare has a bachelor of science in Architecture and Town Planning and US Green Building Council accreditation- LEED AP building design and Construction, with 20+ years of intensive post graduate experience: 5 of which as an employee with established architectural firms, 12 years of teaching in a college, and for the last 8 years, owner of architectural consultancy firm providing services of design, supervision and contract management of commercial, industrial and high end residential projects.

Amare also brings the life experience of living and working in five different countries and cultures and visiting 12 countries.

Amare believes his years of architectural practice will come handy in preparing informative listings in terms of providing floor plan and aerial views and 3d cad visuals, architectural features and potential.
