Although I’ve been licensed Realtor for only 2 years, I bring 20 years of real estate experience through flipping and property investments. In those two years I have closed over 80 transactions, some do not show because they are team credited. I’ve built strong systems, including hiring a personal transaction coordinator who handles backend process after contract and inspections, allowing me to stay focused on my clients. I started on a luxury team, which gave me valuable experience, but I ultimately left and became independent because I wanted my business to focus on relationships, service and long-term trust rather than numbers. My priority is building future repeat business and referral by delivering exceptional client experience.
