Amber was really amazing. This was our second time working with her. She was our agent when we bought our first home and we had such a great experience that we decided to reach out to her to sell our home due to a career relocation.

Our situation was a bit unique (selling our home via assumption and the market was on a downturn). Amber had never done an assumption before, but she took it on without a problem. Our home was on the market for a few weeks, but eventually we got someone. We were pretty anxious and even considered renting out our home. Amber was so helpful, even with that idea — she provided us with a contact for a property manager, just in case we did decide to go that route.

We moved out about a month after listing. She made sure she kept in contact with us the entire time, even when she was on vacation! She also made sure that the house’s thermostat were set appropriately due to the seasonal change (fall to winter) and sent us our residual mail.

While we’re not sure if we will ever move back to maryland, we are certain that we will reach out to Amber if we’re ever in the area again, either to find us a new home or to catch up.
