I received a flyers in the mail from 123MyNewHome and called the number. Amber returned my call the same day and gave me step by step instructions on what I needed to do next. Amber has been such a pleasure to work with. She has thoroughly explained the house buying process to me and have provided guidance on what steps my husband and I need to take in order to be approved. She has answered every single question I’ve had, and trust me, I’ve had several questions J! When communicating with Amber, I always feel like I’m the only client she has b/c she is always on point with her response, whether it’s email or phone. I previously had a horrible experience with the house buying process back in 2011 and have put it off ever since.
