Where do we start with how fabulous Amber is! She's a life saver when it came to our transaction. We sold our home with her and we also bought our new home with her. Our home sold the same day we put it up for sale. Our loan for the home we're buying fell through and Amber referred us to a lender she knew and they both worked magic on making sure we had a smooth transaction. i used Amber for the sale of my townhome and the purchase of our new home. Honestly at first we hesitated about using Amber because she was fairly new to real estate, but she far exceeded our expectations. She was always available to answer all our questions and always responded very quickly. She worked very hard to figure out what our style and taste in a home was by sending us lots of listing of homes until we eventually found our dream home. Amber was very good at listening and accepting what we wanted to do and we never felt pressured to do something we didn't want to. She seemed just as excited as we were when we accepted an offer on the townhome and purchased our new home. Amber was also very fun and energetic and we actually miss talking with her. We highly recommend using Amber because she will work very hard to make sure you are happy!!

Amber was great to work with. She is always available for questions and she recommended great professionals to work with for loan processing and inspection.

The market we were looking in was very competitive. Showings and offers had to happen as soon as they became available. Amber was great about finding new properties, making time to see homes as they came on the market, and putting offers in immediately. She was present for the whole home buying process and efficiently communicated with all of the parties to address any issues.

Amber is friendly and knowledgeable. She is willing to work hard to find the right fit for her clients. She went above and beyond to help us find a wonderful house that was exactly what we were looking for!
