Amber Halkidis

Amber is a Florida native with 20+ years of real estate experience. She left banking to begin her real estate career in new home sales in 2000, representing a nationwide builder, Homes By Towne, in the Lakewood Ranch community. Amber then transitioned into general real estate in 2007 and has been serving Manatee/Sarasota and surrounding counties since. She also has a background as a trauma and Emergency Department RN and keeps her license active in Florida.

Besides her extensive knowledge in new home construction, she is also competent in efficiently and thoroughly navigating the process of resale transactions. Her clientele ranges from mature and luxury buyers to first time home buyers, investors, and everything in between. She's worked with many foreign buyers, especially Canadians, as her husband, Tom, is originally from Toronto. She's helped many investors locate properties with a favorable ROI, currently owning and having invested in property herself over the past 25 years.

Amber is involved with each transaction from start to finish and very detailed oriented. Negotiating is something she considers one of her strong points. She exudes professionalism and courtesy. Most importantly, she makes the process FUN and loves helping people find their next new property. she treat each client, regardless of price range, with the same respect and attention. Because of this, her sphere of influence and client base are heavily anchored by happy past clients and their referrals.

Amber is consistently in the top producing agents within her company, ranking in the top 2% out of over 7000 agents in the Manatee/Sarasota area in 2020. They currently reside with their children and three dogs in the Lakewood Ranch area. Her husband, Tom, recently became licensed in Florida in order to assist in the daily operations. Their hobbies include volunteering, boating, entertaining, cooking and enjoying wine.
