I could not have possibly asked for a better realtor. I am completely new, not just to the state, but to the region. Coming up here from Florida (absolutely amazing to not live there anymore), I had a lot of things I didn’t know to look for. Amber had my back. She found a terrific range of listings with things I was looking for, and knew exactly where to look for potential issues. She always did it with such a terrific attitude and sense of fun, that I actually enjoyed the process! She helped coordinate everything I needed for the closing, and beyond, helping me find where to buy heating oil, how to do a few maintenance things for winter, and other useful information. She is a delight to work with, has an excellent attention to detail, and is responsive. She did a wonderful job during the negotiation process as well, offering useful advice, and expertly dealing with the back-and-forth to get the best results. When it’s time for my parents to move up here, I’m definitely going with Amber again. I highly recommend her services!

Wow, Amber was so great start to finish. She gave us great market research on house prices, estimated a selling price she was comfortable with and got us significantly more than that. She also staged the house, had excellent pictures taken, recommended a fantastic lawyer and was always available and responsive. I cannot recommend Amber enough.

Amber went above and beyond for me, I have an insane schedule working out of state. Amber put me first when selling my home and when I was buying another one. By some reason she couldn’t make a specific appointment there was always a fellow associate to take her place. Amber helped out with both the buying and selling process very knowledgeable, kind, giving, and willing to go the extra mile. Amber listened to my requests and was patient enough to show me several houses on the buying process. The crazy market that we are in, Amber also was a friend, when I needed one. Amber also helped out with moving some of my furniture I wanted to donate to charity. Amber is professional, and top notch in my book and have and will continue to recommend her to family, friends, and my fellow associates.

Amber Jones, my realtor from Keller Williams, out of the Mansfield office, has been working with me since last March. This is a tough market for buyers. We looked at a lot of homes, maybe too many,. Amber was a great coach, sharing her thoughts and opinions on all that we looked at. We put in five offers for different homes within the price range I was comfortable with. The first four were all outbid. Amber kept me mindful that they were not the one. The right one will come and my dreams will come true.
We will be closing on my new home that has a lot of features I was hoping for. Nice large kitchen,. Living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and bathrooms, three season porch, garage and shed in the country setting.
