I’ve spent more than 15 years helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate throughout Eastern Washington and North Idaho, and I believe great representation is about much more than opening doors or putting a sign in the yard.
I’m licensed in both Washington and Idaho and serve Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls, Coeur d’Alene and surrounding communities. My background also includes experience in lending, underwriting, title and closings, which gives me a unique understanding of the entire real estate transaction—not just the sales side.
For my sellers, I combine professional photography, drone photography when appropriate, strategic marketing, current market data and strong online and social media exposure to position each property for today’s buyers. I also stay on top of changes in technology and the way consumers search for homes, including the growing role of AI in real estate marketing.
For buyers, my goal is to make the process easier to understand while helping them recognize value, evaluate their options and negotiate confidently. Whether I’m representing a buyer or seller, I’m a strong advocate for my clients from the initial conversation through negotiations, inspections, appraisal and closing.
