As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the whole situation, especially because I was using the VA home loan and we all know how the VA works. That was at least until I met Amber. She was extraordinarily knowledgeable about everything from the VA home loan to the houses we looked at. She helped me every step of the way and made the entire process painless and enjoyable!! Thank you for all your help from start to finish. It was a pleasure to meet you and we couldn't have asked for a better relator.

Amber is the best realtor, she is quick, efficient, kind, and fierce. I must have sent her over 50 houses and she was instantly setting up a tour. She wastes no time in getting paperwork together and pushing it through. She’s extremely sweet, relatable, and funny! I enjoyed working with her immensely. I will forever recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a house, and will be using Amber as my realtor for the next!

Amber was the best agent I have ever worked with, period!
Over the years I have purchased multiple properties. I have found that most real estate agents are in it for themselves and don’t really represent their client. Amber took the time to show us multiple properties in a tough market.
Amber even helped me a few items after the property had closed. She was very responsive and a delight to work with. Excellent service!

Absolutely loved working with Amber to find my very first home! We figured out exactly what I was looking for, and I felt supported and taken care of every step of the way (which was especially important because I was so new to the entire process). She was very personable, professional, and I never once felt like she was just there to "make a sale". I love my new home and I hope I'm there for many years to come, but I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again!

I started out on the house buying journey relatively green to the process and to the Eugene market in Jan 2021. I researched the best realtors and read lots of reviews! When I actually saw a house I wanted, I ended up reaching out to Amy Thompson at Hybrid Real Estate based on her ratings. She ended up referring me to Amber Lusso who was able to get me a showing within hours. Immediately- I was impressed with Amber's knowledge of the market, easy going personality, ways to "win" offers, and her responsiveness. In such an extreme market right now, you need an agent who can meet with you on a dime, get in your offers within hours, and has a good reputation with other agents (which is hugely important in Eugene!). In summation, Amber made my first home buying experience excellent. It's no wonder why she's doing so well with her clients in such a challenging market! Can't recommend her enough!

Searching for a new home proved to be very challenging. With the quick sale of homes in Eugene, you have to find a Realtor that is on top of it. Amber is just that person. Once I found Amber, the process of finding a new place was quick and easy. Amber was there through the process and listened to my needs. I mentioned It was always a problem for me to see through the "peep holes" in my front door because of my height. Amber solved that problem by purchasing a door bell camera for my front door.

Excellent realitor. Amber rescued me from a very bad situation and got me out of what I thought was a hopeless situation. Living alone with nothing to my name and recently divorced she did everything to take care of everything down to helping me clean my house to get it ready to show (and even brought refreshments to boot). Very personable and not your average stuffy realitor. You won’t be let down.
