In my profession, I interact with many awesome real estate agents on a regular basis. This gave us a large pool of potential agencies to represent the sale of our home. Our cross-country move took years to plan, giving us plenty of time to consider our choices. During this time, we watched closely as The Nardino Group sold several homes in our neighborhood with great looking listings that closed at surprisingly high prices. When we were finally ready, we engaged Amber to handle our sale, and soon realized we were getting much more than a great agent. Because this was our first home, we were inexperienced in the nuances of selling a home. Amber and her team guided and handled our every concern. We always felt supported with things like prepping the house, marketing photos, market trends, our pricing strategy, the resulting multiple offers, and the simple closing. Any time I had a question or suggestion, Amber was a positive source of feedback and added value to our every conversation. Also, Michael’s photos, video, and 3D tour were stunning and captured the unique charm of our home.

My respect for Amber and her team is immense. Her fearless drive and determination are well-supported by her intelligence and professionalism. Buying and selling real estate is a very emotional experience. Amber clearly respected our perspective and always responded appropriately. She can be flexible, yet decisive and will speak her mind when it counts. And she will let you know when it counts. Yet, she remained compassionate, caring, and responsive. She was a great partner to guide us through the journey and we learned a lot from her. With Amber’s help, we got exactly what we wanted out of the sale. Although we are now across the country, I hope we get to do another one together in the future.

When my wife and I first spoke with Amber we knew immediately she was a career professional and not just some weekend salesperson. She absolutely knows what she's talking about and has her finger on the pulse of the market! You will appreciate her classy professionalism!  She came out to our home and really took the time to understand the work we had put into our home and gathered all the information she needed to get us the best price possible. Once our home hit the market, she was only a text or phone call away if we had any questions. Needless to say, with Amber's exceptional sales strategy, we had offers and a contract within a matter of days.
