Amber is more than excellent! She is top-tier! This is our 2nd time working with Amber (selling/buying), and she is the first person we contacted. There is no one word or sentiment that is appropriate enough to describe Amber.

So I will go ahead and use many! Amazing! Talented! Creative! Knowledgeable! Caring! Kind! Flexible! Savvy! Supportive!

I had an unpleasant experience with a previous realtor when I was referred to Amber. In our first conversation she asked several information seeking questions. One question that stands out and continues to impress me was 'what was the most difficult part of your previous experience'?

My answer was... trying to align the sale of my home with the purchase of another. Especially when I had to determine which things to put in storage and what to keep if I had to stay with relatives. Amber suggested that I move into an apartment, sell my home and then decide when and where to purchase. This suggestion was SO freeing!! And made selling my home much, much easier!

Another example of her uncanny skills occurred when one buyer backed out of the sale at the absolute last minute - late one evening. When Amber called to let me know, she had already relisted my home, reached out to other realtors in her network and updated the listing summary!!! She didn't miss a beat!! She was encouraging and proactive and said 'that just wasn't your buyer'

Without exaggeration, my home was scheduled for another closing within a month of that cancelation!!

I could go on, but I'll end with this, you can do worse but you can't do better than Amber. Her handle "the real estate expert" is no brag! It's a fact!!
