I honestly can not say enough good things about Amber. My husband was offered a job out of state and we needed to move as soon as possible. Amber and her team helped us get the house ready in one weekend. She sold our house far and above over asking price by the end of that same week. I am truly so thankful for her kind heart, service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Amber if you are looking for an agent who goes above and beyond.

Amber helped me sell my $1M Seattle house then, buy three house out here on the peninsula! She is amazing at staging a house to get the best possible photos for advertising! I can’t say enough about her eye for finding a good deal and good sense for pricing a home correctly in this unpredictable housing market.

Look no further, you have found THE BEST Real Estate agent! Amber exceeded any and ALL of my expectations. When we had to leave our home unexpectantly due to a family emergency I knew we would have to sell it from 3,000 miles away and when we left our home was not prepared to sell at all. Dishes in the sink, clothes in the laundry and furry pet left behind, Amber took care of it all with ease. She was understanding, kind, and most of all reliable. She understood the difficult situation we were put in and she stepped up to the challenge completely and whole heartedly. I honestly don't know what we would have done had we not been referred to her. She got back to me immediately upon my reaching out and stepped right into action. She did so much for us, and I knew after my first conversation with her that we were in good hands. She drove an hour away and checked on my cat every other day at the very least. She bought her treats, spent time with her playing and giving her loves and making sure she was okay until we could come back the following month. She sent videos and photos so we would know she was okay, which really helped ease our worry in having to have to leave her while we drove across country. As if, that wasn't enough she cleaned and "staged" our home preparing it for listing photos and selling. She did all of this herself when she could have easily sent a team in to do it and charge us for it, but she didn't do that, she chose to help us save money and did it all herself!! Our home looked beautiful on for photos, and 3D video, and this because of Amber! She made extra keys with her own money; she supplied cat food/treats and her time. She did so much for us that went beyond for us that I will never forget, and I will forever be grateful to have met and to know her. There are still good people in the world and Amber is one of them. Did I mention she fronted / lent us money so we could make it home safe and have money left to pay for storage and moving expenses?! She DID that for us too. She made keys, she met with family members for me. She did all this while sending me everything I needed electronically to sell. On top of all that she got me $18,000 OVER my asking price!!! Yes, that's right, she DID that too. If you're lucky enough to come across this agent or to be referred to her, look no further as you have found the best agent in Amber Thomas! I have sold one home prior to this and actually lost money with that realtor as she got me $30,000 under asking and it took her two months to sell. What a terrible experience that was. On top of that, that same realtor let me dump all my money made off my first home to purchase my next home outright. I was never told that I did not need to do that until I met Amber! She educated me and let me know I could (with certain lenders) put just 20% down whether working currently, or not. Allowing me to keep the majority of my money while I figured out my next career move. I cannot say it enough she is truly amazing and is THE BEST out there! Do not make the same mistake I did originally by going with another agent. The peace of mind she provided to my family, and I is priceless, and Ill neve use another agent again! She was a blessing to our family when we needed one the most and I ensure you she will be a blessing to you, and yours as well. Amber is all you need to successfully buy or sell your home.
