Ambyr is a great realtor. She helped us purchase our new home in Murrells Inlet in a sale by owner which turned out to be a little more complicated than expected. From beginning to end she was knowledgeable, pleasant and wonderful to work with. When it came time for us to sell our rental property we immediately thought of her. Once again working with her was a pleasure. The sale was easy and quick. We would definitely use her again if a need arises.

I worked with Ambyr purchasing a property ~ 2,800 miles away from my home which I thought would be challenging but Ambyr made it very easy and enjoyable. She responded almost immediately to my texts, phone calls, and emails. Since I was not from the area, she provided me excellent referrals. It is over six months subsequent to the close of escrow and she still responds immediately to my questions. I was looking to relocate to Murrells Inlet last year and had been looking online for townhomes for sale in Parmelee. I found a unit on the lake and put in an inquiry online. Within a few minutes, Ambyr Lobins responded via email and we had a live conversation that evening. She was professional, upbeat and extremely knowledgeable about this particular development. I knew this unit would sell fast, and within a day Ambyr was able to submit an offer,, helped me negotiate, and the Sellers accepted. We hit a few bumps in the road with Chase bank not moving fast enough, but Ambyr was on it so quickly. She secured an inspector, an attorney and all of the other pieces needed to do a fast close while I was still living in New York. I flew down 2 weeks later to finally see the unit, and it was everything I expected and more! She toured me around the areA, and She even got me a one year home warranty and termite inspection paid by the seller!

Ambyr made the process of purchasing this unit seamless, and thanks to her professionalism and knowledge of the market, and helping me with my NY bank who were dragging their feet, I closed within 6 weeks.

I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to have a wonderful experience purchasing a home here.
