Amelia Chappel

Amelia Chappel joins Nu Home Source from Coldwell Banker and has been a REALTOR in the Dallas area for 24 years, helping people with their real estate needs. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and is a lifetime member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Her top priority is to exceed her clients’ expectations in providing WORLD CLASS customer service throughout the home buying and/or selling process. Communication is cornerstone to any relationship, and she listens to her clients so that she can match their wants, needs and desires in buying, selling or leasing; always putting their interest first. Real estate is her passion, and she believes if you find a career you like, you will never work a day in your life.

In her spare time Amelia enjoys camping, hiking, zip-lining, horseback riding and ALL outdoor activities. She is also a Collin County Master Gardener with the goal to help educate people about plants and turf that work in the local landscapes.
